Pilates is a low impact, core-focused exercise programme designed to be done in your own home with either few or no props! No fuss!

 

The devil is in the detail they say, but moving with Pilates PRECISION and CONTROL improves performance and movement efficiency through balanced muscle formation and over time helps correct posture and skeletal alignment. Pilates is a perfect addition to anyone’s exercise plan to strengthen and avoid injury.

 

The CONCENTRATION required to perform a pilates FLOW sequence, coupled with BREATHING, allows us to CENTRE ourselves fully in movement and create BALANCE for mind and body.

Building a strong foundation.

These classes include all the essential mat work repertoire to help build strength and core stability with a strong and steady focus on technique and form. The added stretch element in these classes aims to compliment core strength with enhanced focus on flexibility for all those 'tight bits'. A lovely way to end the week feeling super supple, strengthened and lengthened!

These classes are designed to deliver a deep understanding of the basic principles and heighten your mind-body awareness.

 

For those who are new to Pilates or require a steadier pace to their workout.

Increasing the challenge.

These classes include quicker flows though the essential exercises and build into intermediate sequences to add in more endurance and co-ordination. 

These classes are designed to challenge participants to connect with the basic principles with additional strength and body awareness.

 

For those who are familiar with their practise and looking to master the Intermediate mat work challenges.

ALL CLASSES MUST BE BOOKED AND PAID FOR 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF CLASS TO ALLOW TIME FOR YOUR CLASS ZOOM LINK TO BE EMAILED OUT TO YOU.

MODIFICATIONS AND CORRECTIONS WILL BE PROVIDED BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN BOOKING A CLASS YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU ARE FIT AND WELL TO EXERCISE ONLINE.
THE PARTICIPANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY INCURRED BY PARTICIPATING AND VICTORIA GREENE PILATES CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE.
